Brodie Millington
Brodie accepts briefs in all areas of law, with a particular interest in class actions, construction and commercial disputes. Prior to being called to the Bar, Brodie was a Senior Associate at disputes firm Banton Group, having joined that firm at its foundation in 2020. Before that, Brodie was an Associate at global firm Squire Patton Boggs.
Brodie has extensive experience in class actions, complex financial product litigation, mining, building and construction disputes, liquidator and insolvency matters, shareholder disputes, and appellate proceedings.
Brodie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of New South Wales.
