Josh Sukkar

Josh was called to the Bar in 2023 and accepts briefs in all areas of the law.  He has a particular interest in insurance, professional indemnity, consumer claims, commercial disputes, and common law.

Before coming to the Bar, Josh was a Senior Associate at a national insurance litigation firm where he acted for clients in NSW, ACT and Federal proceedings.

Josh has a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney, where he ranked 1st overall in all core law subjects.
